A version of this photo appeared in the 1949 "Broadcaster" publication. The caption reads: "Valiant protectors of CRCM from stray dogs and carabao." The boys are Jim Bowman and Jerry Kreps. "CRCM" was the acronym for "Christian Radio City Manila", a term adopted when the compound reached about ten structures.

John Broger was the first President of FEBC. Before becoming a Christian, John had been involved in Broadway productions and was familiar with the strengths of media. The Brogers gave many years to FEBC, and after retiring from FEBC went on to serve the Lord in other ways. Dorothy was the editor of the first FEBC publications. She was also a talented pianist, and in this rare picture you see them both in the FEBC Philippines studio C. Microphones: RCA SK-50, RCA 74-B, RCA 44-BX.

Dr. Ho Sheng Huang was an FEBC Amoy Broadcaster in 1949, on short wave from Manila. The program was called "Chinese Gospel Hour" and targeted the 10 million Amoy speakers in South East Asia, including China.

A skilled carpenter and woodworker, Enyong del Rosario was the crafstman behind the early PM cabinets. Cabinets were made from mahogany, the stock of choice for furniture and building framing in the Philippines.
