In Asia few can compete with the smile of a Filipino! We cannot say for sure how many models of PM radios there were, but here is a unique model showing the position of DZAS, DZB2 and DZH6. The May 1961 edition of the Far East Broadcaster publication captions a B&W version of this photo: "This layman used his PM to bring 27 of his neighbors to the Lord."

Okuma, Okinawa. Norman Blake works in the rectifier/transformer room of the KSBU transmitter. Norman and Mavis Blake served major terms with FEBC in the Philippines, Okinawa, and South Korea in both construction and administration. The Blakes began in China with OMF, eventually came to FEBC on "permanent loan."
