1994   A view of some of the incredible lahar mudflow that came down off Mt. Pinatubo in the rains of 1994-1995. This once was a major road across the Pampanga River. The normal elevation here is at the river level. In this region near Bacolor and San Fernando, the lahar is 40 feet deep, and covers a vast area.
