1954   The very shy "Negritos" are recipients of PM radios in the 1950s. Dr. Doug Pennoyer of Biola University, in consultation with Dr. Tom Headland a foremost expert on Philippine tribal groups, have helped us identify the specific indigenous people in this photo as "Western Luzon Agtas possibly from Quezon or Cagayan Province as evidenced by the arrows which are distinct from the Zambales Ayta; the house building materials; and the particular clothing."
