1. >From DN, Hre Tribe
I am writing on behalf of our small group of Nguon Song listeners.
We listen every Tuesday night in the Hre dialect. We really love the
program, because it teaches us about the Bible and Christian living.
We hope that one day we will be able to gather as a congregation in
a church building to study Godīs Word. For now, we meet in small
groups as house churches. Please pray for us, so that God will
continue to grow His church here. Our hope is that you will also
continue to broadcast programs in our dialect to help us grow
spiritually, and encourage us to stand firm amidst persecution.
2. >From KC, Bahnar Tribe
Praise God for being the Shepherd who cares for us. Thank you
Nguon Song for your ministry from 1975 to 2006. The tribal
people in the An-Khe area never heard Godīs Word over Nguon
Songīs broadcast until this year. But the broadcast time is too
short, and we are wondering if you can add another 20 minutes to
the broadcast in our dialect. Our prayer requests are as follows: 1.
Please pray for Nguon Song listeners, that they would be bold
enough to encourage others to listen to the broadcasts also. 2.
Please pray for the Bahnar people who have not heard Nguon
Song, that they would be introduced to it. 3. Please pray for the
evangelists in the An-Khe area, as they are being heavily
persecuted. 4. Please pray for the 52 believers in the An-Khe
area. Fifteen have been baptized. Please send us a radio, because
we have friends who would like to listen to Nguon Song also, but
our resources are few. Thank you in advance.
3. >From HB, Ede Tribe
I am from the Ede Tribe, and I now live in the highlands of Dak
Lak. Iīve wanted to write to you to share my joy and my thoughts
for a long time now, but my parents wouldnīt let me. They said that
Nguon Song is still broadcasting, so thereīs no reason for me to
write. But now I just have to write. My parents also see that the
situation is different. Itīs not that the program has ended, but the
broadcast times have changed. The broadcast used to be at 7 pm,
but now it is 9 pm, which is too late for my elderly parents. Itīs
been over 4 months now, and we havenīt been able to listen to
Nguon Song. Weīre very sad, especially my parents, because they
really enjoy listening to Nguon Song. We would really like for you
to change the broadcast time back to 7 pm, please! This is not just
our familyīs request. Many of our neighbors feel the same way.
We would also like you to go back to broadcasting twice a week,
on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so that all the Ede people can tune
in. If you have a new year calendar and program guide, weīd like
to request a copy. If not, then thatīs OK.Thank you very much.
Please forgive any mistakes Iīve made in my letter. May God
Almighty bless you.
4. >From VTA, Ho Chi Minh City
I have been a Nguon Song listener for almost 10 years now. A
little over a year ago, I received a letter from you, but I misplaced
it. I received the book "Building a Strong Family." I made about a
dozen more copies for several pastorsī wives, as well as some
friends. Now that itīs almost Christmas time, it occurred to me that
I didnīt receive a Christmas card from you last year, like I usually
do. Maybe you thought I went to be with the Lord. Praise God, I
am 74 years old, and am still mentally and physically active. God
has given me good health and strength to serve Him. I just wanted
to let you know that I am still here to correspond with you.
5. >From PTN - via e-mail
First of all, I pray for grace upon grace for Nguon Song staff and
pastors, so that you can continue to write the programs to
broadcast nutritious spiritual food for Christians all around the
world.I am a Christian who listens to your broadcast daily. This is
a great program. We thank God that we are able to learn so much
from such good programs. We grow everyday in Godīs Word,
through your ministries. Please send me the previously broadcasted
Womenīs programs, so that I can share them with my friends,
children and family.Programs such as "Making the Most of Your
Time," "Using Words Wisely,"and also the current weekly
programs. I am very grateful for your help in this matter. May
God continue to be with you and bless your ministry, your lives and
your families, so that many people will come to know God through
Nguon Song, and grow in their faith.
6. >From LVAL - via e-mail
Thank you for the helpful information that you sent to me. I have a
question about the Bible: I read in the Bible that women are not to
preach or talk in the church. Can you explain this to me? I am on
summer break right now, and still listen to your broadcast every
week.
7. >From KL - via e-mail
Ever since I accepted Christ as my personal Savior, I have been
listening to your broadcast regularly. I have found many of the
programs very good and beneficial for my spiritual growth,
especially the Bible Basic Studies. I often record them so I can
listen to them again, and meditate on them after a day at work. I
am from the Churu Tribe. I usually listen to broadcasts in the
Churu dialect on your station. I am so touched every time I hear
the voices of Mr. & Mrs. Cugine Fuler, missionaries to the Churu
people. They have been serving God for many years, and helped to
plant a church in Don Duong before 1975. Can you help put me in
touch with them? God bless you, so that Nguon Song will continue
to grow.
8. >From NXV - via e-mail, Danang
I thank God, that in His Name, I have come to know you via this
website. I am a college student in Da Nang. Thank God for the
opportunity I have had to help the factory workers here. They have
odd working hours, so I invite them to my apartment for worship
and Bible study. Itīs been over a year now, and these young people
havenīt grown much. Our resources are so few. Please help me, so
that my small group can somehow grow. I need the skills, as well
as the resources. Do you have any suggestions for me? Please help
me with materials that would be appropriate for this group. May
God give you new strength.
9. >From NHT - via e-mail, Vietnam
I obtained your permission to download your programs.I was
doing this regularly for 3 months, but canīt do it anymore.Iīm not
sure why. Is it still all right for me to download your programs? I
really hope youīll give me permission to download your programs,
so that I can share it with people in the areas who do not have the
means to listen via the radio. May God be with Nguon Song
always. I have witnessed, and firmly believe that many people will
come to know God through Nguon Song.
10. >From NQT - via e-mail
