FEBC Thailand's radio ministry consists of radio production and distribution to local stations throughout the country. The following letter translations are representative of inquiring listeners.

Dear A. Pittiya,

I want to let you know first that I am Auntie Taa as I am older than you. I listen to the program "This Life Still Has an Answer" every day, but I haven't written a letter before. I have only been a listener. I trust you will not mind me writing……

I have life each day but I don't have happiness. I'm lonely, sad and depressed without hope. I live alone and have no-one to lean on. I am a nun and I live in the temple. No-one assists me at all. I have to rely on people who will give sometimes by coming to make merit, and so I make a little bit day by day. How can I overcome depression? When I listen to your program I feel very encouraged. May you and the whole team have happiness,

To the "This Life Still has an Answer" program:

I listen to your program regularly every day……..I am at home without anything to do because my leg has not healed. I was hit by a car in 2002 and up until now my leg has not healed. I've had 3 operations. I phoned and asked for the Power for Living booklet. I've read it and also asked Christ to come into my life. But I am a bit unsettled because if I believe in God does it forbid me to believe in the Buddhist religion? Is this true? If it is true, my friend told me it will mean that I carry sin for not continuing in my own religion. So I am believing in both religions. Will God be angry with me? Uncle, please ask for blessing from God for me too. I hope that I have done the right thing by believing in God and Buddha at the same time. I don't have the opportunity to go to a Church as my leg is not healed. Please don't forget to ask for blessing from God for me!
