R Y Kim (Yeongdong )

Forty-eight years ago I received a Shaman spirit. I did not want to accept this kind of life, but the spirit came to me through a dream. At that time the spirit threatened to kill my family if not accepted. Recently, I was diagnosed in the last stage of breast cancer and felt hopeless. I have worshiped the spirits for nearly 50 years, however, while in the hospital, a Christian shared Christ with me and it was the first time I heard the Gospel. She encouraged me to listen to FEBC. The songs and sermons touched my heart and I was deeply impressed by Christ's sacrificial love I accepted Christ as my Savior and began to attend church. I am not yet healed, but I have a new life in Christ. I am so thankful to FEBC for sharing God's love and power every day through radio. Praise the Lord!

I was an artist for over twenty years but lost my eyesight due to an accident, which left me depressed and hopeless. However, during this time I started to listen to 106.9 MHz and met Christ even though I go to a Buddhist temple once in awhile. I do not know God well yet but FEBC has been a great encouragement to me. I cannot do much right now because of my vision, but I can hear the radio, so I listen all day. It was a misfortune turned into a blessing. Through FEBC, I feel like I found a light in a dark cave.

When I was going through depression; I sent a letter to Dr. Billy Kim about my situation. Through the FEBC Follow-Up Department, he sent two books to me which he authored; 'If You Meet Dr. Billy Kim, You Will Find Peace'. You would not believe what was happened to me. I was really touched by his testimony and ministry and my heart began to find peace. I was impressed by his life and decided to trust Christ through the influence of FEBC. Thank you for your encouragement! I am now a regular FEBC listener.

Hello! I am not a Christian but I listen to FEBC whenever I have time. By accident, I found FEBC while tuning the frequency on my radio. I did not know it was a Christian station, but I liked the music and messages. I agree with many things that they say about life and most of the music comforts my heart. I am glad that I can listen to FEBC. If I have a chance later, I would like to visit the station.

Hello! We have not watched TV for several years. I used to watch TV more than five hours a day, but it was a great interruption between God and me. I decided that I would read my Bible or listen to the radio instead of watching the "boob tube". It is so much better without the TV. I can do so many more things and also receive a blessing from FEBC. Thank you for helping me to spend my time more wisely.
