JH Lim (China)
I escaped from North Korea in 1991 and married a Chinese man six years ago. I was later caught by North Korean police and repatriated to North Korea. I was in Prison for six months. While in North Korea, I was able to meet my relatives but I could not stand to live in poverty so I escaped to China again in 2004. There I started to listen to the radio at two in the morning. I heard the gospel for the first time in my life from FEBC-Jeju. It was just amazing. I wanted to go to church to say "Amen" loudly. So I carefully began to attend church. Now, all of my family has become Christians. I tasted for the first time real happiness and joy. If someone should ask me, where did you hear the gospel? I can say, through FEBC! When I was alone and hungry for soul food, FEBC provided sermons and Christian hymns for my spiritual nourishment.
JC Youn (Pohang)
FEBC-Pohang has a significant role in the southern area of South Korea. I was a negative person, always saying and doing things that made people discouraged. I did not have any reason to live so I was always thinking about committing suicide. However, after I listened to FEBC, my life was totally changed. I met the Lord who gave me a new life and a reason to live. God changed my thoughts from negative to positive and He used FEBC to help people like me. I do not know how to express my appreciation to the Lord and to FEBC. Thank you God for giving me breath for today.
YH Kim (Seoul)
I am originally from Southwest Korea, but for several reasons, I now live in Seoul. I heard on the radio that if I call or write to request books, FEBC will send them to me. I accepted Jesus when I was in the army and tried to quit smoking and drinking but it has been hard. I thought that as a Christian, it was time to make a decision for a new Christian life. I want to be a good testimony to my non-Christian friends and to my parents who trust me to be a good son. Could you send me good books that will draw me close to God again?
Note: The FEBC Follow-Up Department sent a series of "Four Bible Study Books" and a book that will be helpful for his Christian life.
JY Jung (Daejeon)
I miss my sister today so I decided to write a letter to FEBC. My sister used to listen to FEBC all day. When she heard Christian songs that she knew, she sang along. She always encouraged me to listen to FEBC but I listened to the secular radio stations. She is not with me now because she is dead. After she died, I started to listen to FEBC and have been helped and comforted when I needed emotional support and peace of mind. Now I know why she wanted me to listen to FEBC. Thank you FEBC! Keep doing what you are doing.

Jung Min Kim (Kyeonggi)
A new mission field will require sweat and blood to open the door. God wants me to make an impact for His Kingdom. He requires us to develop more talent than He first gave us. 'McGee's Bible Study' helps me to realize that God wants me to work hard and do my best if I want to be a mature and faithful servant. I want to do my best so that when I see God in heaven, He will say, "you are a good and faithful servant".
So Min Kim (Inchon)
While I was listening to 'McGee's Bible Study', I was overwhelmed with joy and happiness in my heart. I asked God, "Why do you love and bless me in so many ways?". Five minutes later, my second son came and put a cup beside me. He looked so cute so I hugged him. Suddenly, I realized that God loves me because I am His child. His unconditional love and grace saved me from sin, He sent his only begotten Son to die for my sin. 'McGee's Bible Study's have given me great lessons for my life.
