Y K Kim (Kyungbuk Province)
Greetings from Daegu! Do you wonder how I was able to listen to FEBC in Daegu where there is no FEBC station? Actually I just finished my military duty in Yeongdong where I was a driver for one of the commanders and an assistant to the chaplain. I sometimes had to prepare sermons for services when the chaplains were gone. I hid a radio in my bed so that I could listen to FEBC at night. It was a good resource for sermons and encouragement for my spiritual life. After completing my army duty I returned to Daegu, my hometown. Now I listen to FEBC on the Internet. I pray that we will have an FEBC station in Daegu soon.
J M Hwang (Daejon)
My newborn daughter is 98 days old. My husband and I don't care to watch TV so we don't have any in our home. Since I moved to Daejon less than two years ago, FEBC has become like family to me. I feel that my baby likes FEBC too as she makes sounds while looking at the radio. I set the radio alarm so that we can get up listing to worship songs.
D N Kim (Busan)
I always wanted to visit FEBC and meet the programmers in person. Finally I was able to visit the FEBC Busan studio today. I was surprised that the office wasn't very big or fancy. I that hope we can have a nice FEBC station in Busan. My family and I will pray for the establishment of an FEBC station in Busan.
When I came back home I told my daughter that I met the programmers. My daughter was very disappointed that I didn't get an autograph from the programmer whom she really likes. I promised her that the next time I would take her along to visit the Busan studio.
