I have been married for two years now and am attending church full time. The broadcast has helped me better acquaint myself to the Lord. However my husband is the one that is troubling me. Please pray that he will come to know the Lord. I have tried on many occasions to bring him along to church or what not but he has only refused. He is not convinced the God can save his life. And as you know, a Hmong woman cannot keep her faith in God too long without support from her husband.
I do not know what to do. If you can send me same material it would be great. Thank you.

This is the first letter that I have sent to you. I am a 26-year-old woman, but I am not married anymore. My husband showed too little attention to me and had me do everything. I could not take this lifestyle any longer and so I left him. Now I live with my parents. Do you think that I should get married?
Your daily broadcast has helped people like me cope with our problems but also provide an answer and friend in the form of Jesus. The only friend we need.
My parents however seem to be at a struggle with their marriage also. Maybe it's always been this way or what but they too are fighting. I try to intervene with some "heavenly" advice but they only refuse it.
I want to know more about Jesus Christ. May you have the time please send me a New Testament and marriage counseling tape. Thank you.

I am a young single man who has not necessarily agreed to accept Jesus yet, but I hope that you don't refuse my question.
I had fallen deeply in love with a young girl about my age this past year. We had been seeing each other and had been hopelessly in love. I told her that I would marry her one-day. Before I had the chance to wed her, another man with riches was set up in a fixed marry on her behalf and her parents. When I had heard this I was deeply troubled. And now I cannot live life without her. What should I do?
Pastor John, you are respected by all the listeners here. Don't stop with the incredible work that you and FEBC put out. I just want encourage you that your daily broadcast is the only best friend that many of us in Thailand depend on it. We thank God that whenever we have problems in life, you are always teaches us to have the real hope and peace in the Lord Jesus Christ. Thanks.

I am one of many listeners that live in Laos. Every single program has really helped me in tune better with life. I have learned much about this God and His son.
I have wondered however that if God was so powerful why has not all the Hmong population or any group of persons chosen God as their own. Does God not however to change people's hearts? Isn't He so powerful?
I feel lost because despite becoming Christian I don't go to church. No one can answer my questions. Please send me some form of material, which can help me fall away from satan and come towards Christ. Thanks.

Both of us are in the capital of Laos illegally because we have been searching for Bible, hymnbooks and teachings, which we can use in the church, as well as any other material good, that we can use. It is hard for us to obtain many materials throughout this part of the world. Without these materials there is no further growing faith in the Lord.
We are crippling our numbers Pastor! In North Vietnam the government has forced the people to sign forms stating whether they are Christian or not. If they sign this affidavit and state that they are Christian then they will either be persecuted or killed. We all fear that and we will not sign the form saying that we are for God.
What are we to do then? We feel ashamed that we leave the faith but then we feel Fear of death. Please help us with this problem. Please keep encouraging us to go for the
best: God, and not fear the inevitable.
Remember that we only depend on the broadcast for our day to day schedules. We are waiting to listen to each of your programs just same as children waiting for their mom and dad coming back from the field. Please pray for us. Thank you.
