The following listener excerpts were published (along with occasional editorial comments) in the July 1956 Far East Broadcaster and/or its accompanying newsletters of the same date.

The editors headed these listener comments as follows: "Letters from Formosa... where Dick Rowland is in charge of broadcasting on six stations used by FEBC and representing some 400 hours of gospel broadcasting to Formosa and the China Mainland, come these letter excerpts.."

"I am truly a listener to your radio station, also a Christian too. When I hear your Gospel programs in the morning, I feel my faith growing stronger day by day."
