I used VFS course materials to train the believers

I have enrolled in Voice of Friendship Seminary (VFS) for more than 2 years. I used the course materials from Romans and Ephesians in my Bible study group. The response was very good. In my village, I used 21 hours to teach Ephesians. The response from the training course for workers was very good too. I told my brothers and sisters in my village that all I taught was learnt from VFS. I encouraged them to take the course themselves. VFS is a great help to my job of nurturing. I have purchased a computer at home. Now I can download materials from your web site. Thanks God for giving us these modern electronic tools through which we can span time and space.

I would like to tell you the secret of my improvement

Thanks for God's grace. My answers to recent VFS examination questions improved a little bit this time. I was deeply moved when I read your marking. I would like to tell you the secret of my improvement. I got only junior secondary school level. I almost forgot all I had learnt these years. It was thus normal for me to get poor results. However, God specially grants me extra grace. He listened to my prayer that I may have a heart yearning for God's truth every time I listened to the broadcast. I also prayed that God may give me understanding and wisdom, that He may give me good memory so that I can bear in mind what the teachers taught. When the examination questions were broadcast, I prayed more earnestly for God's help on writing the answers.

I set up a service study group

God moved me to set up a meeting point early this March. There were several believers who have converted to the Lord for a few months to six years. Because of no church, no nurturing and fellowship, they even didn't know what God is. Their spiritual life was very poor. However, God blessed us specially. Not long after I came here, the previous meeting point I served called several brothers and sisters came as workers to serve with me. They served them and nurtured them. I set up a service study group for these workers. I taught them by using the materials from VFS notes. Although there were lots of things they didn't understand, they did their utmost endeavor to learn God's Word. They served the Lord with one heart and exalted the only true God. They commit themselves to the Lord Jesus Christ to complete the Great Commission. Now this church is very flourishing. God adds to them new believers every day. The congregation now grows to more than 20 believers. Two of them even joined the service study group. I used your materials to teach them. At first I used Christian doctrine. Now I am using Romans. Then Four Gospels will follow it.

Certificate is not important to me

Thank you for admitting me as a student in VFS. I was overflowed with joy when I got this good news. Thanks God! I was chosen by God again. By the grace and leading of God, I determine to make arduous efforts to persist in finishing all the courses. Please pray for me. Certificate is not important to me. What matter is whether the faith of a Christian takes root in the Rock. VFS creates many opportunities for believers. We can study theology at home. How great is the grace of God!

There are lots of believers listening to VFS here

There are lots of believers listening to VFS here. We all consider it as very valuable. In the past they listened to gospel broadcast but not the programs of VFS since they were very busy with their housework during six to seven in the evening. They were equally busy during the one-hour morning section. Recently, they broke the norm and tried hard to listen to VFS which helps the growth of our spiritual life a lot. Everyone knows that several others and I are listening to gospel broadcast. We do not hush it up. Some believers from the Three Self Church also listen to your programs. I really hope that they seek to know God's words with a true heart and that they know the faith more deeply so that their life can be changed and that they know they should follow God rather people.

Each of us listens to the broadcast at home

I had formed a small group to listen to VFS together. Later, we changed the model and each of us listens to the broadcast at our home. Though there was obstruction on the way, we persisted till now by the leading of God and our mutual encouragement. Under your serious marking and guidance, our results were improving.

I am taking some courses offered by VFS

I am a faithful listener of your channel. I am also a paralytic Christian who stays in bed. I have converted to the Lord for four years. Now I am taking some courses offered by VFS. I also lead a Bible study group for sisters in my church. Thanks God for His grace. There are few people who can help me to learn the words of God except you and your programs.
