I could foresee the change you would bring to my life

On a sultry summer night, I happened to hear your cordial voice from the radio. I was attracted immediately. Every word you said was so sincere, loving and meaningful. For the first time, my whole being resonated with the content of your talk. Your, program was really fantastic. I could foresee the change you would bring to my life and from that day on, I always wished to communicate with you.

I am eighteen years old and studying in a high school. Since listening to your program, I have been learning the kind of knowledge which nowhere in the world could offer. I come to know the principles of living a decent-life. I began to think that life is not a burden anymore and schooling is not boring. Life can be full and happy. Even at difficult moments, your voice and message encourage and comfort me. Your teachings grant me strength to press on. Thanks for helping me all the time. Though we haven't met, I am sure whoever listens to your program shares the same feeling. And thus, I have introduced your program to my brother and sister and they find it good too.

In China, most students do not believe in God. We know little about Jesus. I would like to know more about the Lord. Please help me. If God exists, I think He must be full of love and compassion. I hope He would listen to my prayer.

I find God indispensable

I am a high school student. Every day I am busy with my study and have little time to listen to your broadcast. It's last August when I first tuned in to your station, incidentally. Since then I have been listening to your broadcast daily for one or two hours. The more I listen, the more I find God indispensable.

I have a disease-inflicted family. Two of five, my father and brother, are half imbeciles. I think God is very cruel to me and unfair to my family. He has given a lot of hardship to my mother. She is illiterate, unhealthy but has to support the whole family. In this materialistic society, everyone worships money. The poor like us are despised and hopeless. Whenever I looked at the body of my father and brother or the old and wrinkled face of my mother, I felt desperate and painful. I always wept but couldn't help them. At that time, I knew nothing about God and always thought about several questions. First, why do good people suffer? Second, if there's almighty God as people say, why doesn't He watch over my mother?

Yet all doubts have passed. Last June, a Christian preached the Gospel to me. I think I have accepted God into my Iffe. After listening to your broadcast, I am comforted and find hope in God.

I don't know what the meaning of life is

I come from a peasant family. After graduating from high school in 1994, 1 failed to enter the university. After working in Shenzhen for two years, I got nothing and found no place for me in this society. At present I am unemployed and stay at home aimlessly. I don't know what the meaning of life is. I have become numb with this unconcerned society and detached human relationship.

Although I am not a Christian, I always listen to your programs. I wish you could forward a copy of the Bible so that I could get to know Christianity more. Some Christians told me that if one accepts Christ, his illness, of whatever kind, will be cured by God's grace. They also said that Christians must not sin against God and can't take revenge. Is it true?

I am very interested in your Gospel

I was discharged from the army for a year. Since then, I have been jobless and feel very bored and distressed. I am very interested in your gospel programs. Since listening to them, the mystery of God has been occupying my mind. Who is He? How does He look? Does He really understand and help to solve His people's troubles? These questions motivate me to search Him. Could you kindly forward me a copy of broadcast schedule and the Bible at your earliest convenience?

I worshipped pagan gods during my childhood

I am a twenty-year-old girl. My boy friend is a Catholic, who introduced God,to me and took me to church. My own family is quite superstitious. Under my grandmother's influence, I worshipped pagan gods during my childhood. Though I worshipped them, I didn't have peace and rest. - As I grew up and became more knowledgeable, I began to get rid of my superstitions. Now I am a medical student. Yet at times, I am still scared of spirits and dare not staying at home alone at night. Only when I think about God and His power to defeat the devil, I feel better. I wish to go closer toward God and know Him better.

My boy-friend's family has been Catholics for three generations. His parents are very religious. They live far away from my place and thus I can hardly meet them to talk about Christianity. Although I attend service every Sunday, I still don't know much about God. Tonight, I listen to your program by chance. I wonder if it's God's plan to let me know Him through your broadcast. Do you think He will accept me some day?

The Bible is not that simple

I am a twenty-year-old high school student. One night I tuned in to your broadcast by chance. Frankly speaking I don't know what religion is. We have been brought up under atheist education. Yet I know little about atheism and communism. I even believe that a strong faith would generate unlimited spiritual power for a person to overcome difficult situations. Though I am young, I have experienced many difficulties in family and interpersonal relationships. I think it's good to have spiritual support.

I have heard people say that certain religions only proclaim not to take justice into own hands. I think these believers are cowards only. After listening to your broadcast, I thought that the Bible is not that simple. It is reasonable, scientific and fits well with history. I would like to correspond with you on faith and please tell me what faith is, how many religions there are in the world, whether Christianity is the best, how I'll be benefited if I believe Jesus Christ, who wrote the Bible, what the rationale behind is and how to get a copy.
